- What a one sided game. You went through my men like a dose of salts. And you were moaning about one guy of yours!? My men were oblitered. Made a mistake with the controls sending a man in before he was ready. Then compounded the mistake by sending others inside to help him which only led to their untimely deaths when their snap shots missed. You were free to kill 3 men in one go and wound a 4th. Then you ambushed another group and slaughtered them. Embarrassed to see my name so high on the leaderboard after that game.

- Sorry for the embarrasement I caused with my actions. I always have a dream of anyone advancing from lieutenat rank in my team. They usually die at maximum lieutenant rank.
I like to use this quick ambush strategy for critical situations where I want to finish this very long mission early. This was a case. I used this strategy a few month ago against maybe petermock. I failed. He just shot me down quickly. The game was quick, but the outcome was very different.
I was lucky here with the AP100 distribution. I had them at the right place. You were doing well. You have shot one computer after loosing 3 units. I was lucky that you wanted to move out where my AP100 was standing. Posted by

- No worries bud. I hope to compete better the next time we meet. Mind you, that's twice in a row you kicked my butt so quickly.
Btw, what is this about advancing ranks? I have never heard of that before in this game??? Posted by

- You can look at your campaign squad here:
http://www.stellarforces.com/dsr/campaign.cls
Every unit has a name and a prefix before his name. The prefix is liked to the Rank points. For example:
Recruit Tennant 0
Private Bowles 6
Corporal Stannis 15
Sergeant MacReady 18
Sergeant Kale 33
Lieutenant Terranova 57
Captain El'Zurias 75
There was a post somewhere from Stevesmith describing the ranks and its corresponding point ranges.
The higher the rank is, the higher your unit's stats are.
Rank goes to 0 whenever the unit dies. Posted by

- You can have a unit with strength 20 if you keep him alive and use him in many missions.

- My highest rank unit at present is 64 with a shot skill 42. FoN has killed so many of my men that not many survive to be trained up. The highest shot skill I've ever had is 45 and strength 16. 16 strength is great for throwing grenades across large distances.
