In games like X-COM you could see what the opponent was doing (as long as your units could see it). With SF when you come into your turn a lot of things may have changed (like several of your units being dead) but you're not sure how that happened.
Aha, that's what the "Details" link is for in the My Games page. :) If you click on that, you can see exactly what's happened in the game, and the map will show any enemy units that were seen during your opponents last turn.

Well if I'm not misunderstanding you can't see how the opponent walked around and when he fired etc. It's just a log of who shot who.
It shows all the map squares that your unit's saw your opponent's units walk on (so you should see a line of red circles sometimes), but fair point, it doesn't show exactly when they fired and other details. It's an area I'm looking to improve.
