Vaping

Any vapers out there? I gave up smoking nearly 12 years ago. I couldn't have done it without vaping. I don't vape as much as I did, bit still occasionally vape on lower strength vapes than before.

Well done getting off the fags. I ditched it 26 years ago, no vaping around then...went cold turkey...luckily never been tempted since.

Thanks. Feel healthier for doing so. Main reason was actually I was sick of getting sore throats and sinus infections from smoking more than being worried about cancer and lung issues.

Yeah I understand, similar for me. I was fed up of the physical effects and also the tyranny of having to nip out and buy or worrying about running out. It was doing my head in.

Good to hear Rosti, the best way. Though when I was young every pub was so thick with smoke the non smokers were smokers, same with every work place and even my adult education hard to escape the smog. Buses & trains had designated areas but everyone still got a lung full. I remember being in a restaurant and a guy started puffing on a fat cigar and we're were halfway through our meal choking on his fumes. When was all this, the Victorian era...er not that far back. Changes are definitely for the better.
