• Can I check - are you using 64bit Java? I've tried running this on a 64bit PC myself (Windows 7 though) and failed due to various errors, so I was curious what you're doing right.

• Yep it's 64-bit.

• Umm, okay...where to begin....
  
  I just started this game, and was very excited to be playing my very first game. However, I have discovered a problem.....
  
  I have a 64bit Win 7 operating system, and this game doesn't appear to like working on said system. Can you guys explain to me in enough detail for a noob to understand how to make this game work, or if it will?

• I'm afraid it doesn't seem to work on Windows 64-bit, at least I can't get it to work (and I don't have access to such a system any more to be able to see why).
  
  Do you know if you're running 32 or 64 bit Java? The only thing I can suggest is to try the other version to the one you've got and see if that makes a difference.
